Delivery preference
When you set up delivery preference, we will deliver your parcels according to your preference whenever possible. You can set one or more delivery preferences and specify their priority in case the first can't be applied for any reason (for example, if the shipper has restricted the option)
While it is always our intention to honor your preferences, we can't guarantee this will be possible in all cases. If we can't, we'll notify you and you'll be able to make another choice for that shipment, or take delivery without change
Setting up delivery preference is optional. If no delivery preference is specified, we will deliver at our standard time to the parcel address
Setting up a delivery preference
IMPORTANT: Please note that we need an address before you set up delivery preference
- Select Add Preference and choose an available option. Delivery options available as preferences will vary by country. You'll see at least one and up to three options depending on your country
- Once added, your preference will appear as first priority in the list
- Repeat Step 1 to add more preferences
- All preferences are switched on by default. To turn off a preference, click the On/Off slider
- To rearrange the priority of delivery preferences, click and drag the icon
to the top or bottom of the list and release
Note: New or updated delivery preferences will automatically be applied to parcels in transit. This is not applicable for in transit parcels that you have already made a delivery option change, and for in transit parcels with delivery exceptions. You can check the status or manage your delivery options via “My shipments”.
